Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free tracked shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time after processing is typically 7–20 business days depending on your location and the item ordered. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer than estimated due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and are happy to help if your order is significantly delayed.
